2.1.2. Song Not Played within Waiting Time Plus 15 Minutes Buffer:

In instances where a requested song hasn’t been played even after the stated waiting time plus an additional buffer of 15 minutes has elapsed, guests have the option to cancel their request. In this case, a full refund will be issued in guests original payment mode.
